  • In your role as Customer Engagement Business, you analyze market needs and trends for customer engagement/interaction in the After Sales life-cycle and you provide the management of the European headquarter with industry and functional trends 
  • You review our EMEA-wide costumer interaction processes, harmonize them and develop them further 
  • As a visionary in the customer engagement field you build up a competency group for Customer Engagement across Europe. Together with adjacent stakeholders you develop an organizational blueprint for customer interaction 
  • You act as a Business Process owner for the Customer engagement related processes across EMEA and design and implement a solution for a new Custromer Engagement Center

Job Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business engineering, or similar
  • You have several years of professional experience in Service management roles with high degree of customer interaction, e.g. contact centers 
  • You have proven experience in in business process management and in working in cross-functional international teams and projects 
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
  • Your strengths include good analytical skills, a commercial mindset and a high customer orientation
  • You enjoy travelling.
